Got offered my new job about 3 weeks ago and she said she would be in touch about getting me in to meet the team and sign contracts etc.
She then emailed me requesting references, I gave her the addresses and they were completed and sent by both parties. However my new company claim they have never recieved them? 
I emailed them today wondering what the fcuk was happening and she asked for the references again and will send them out again to be completed agin. Execept this time I will deliver them in person.
Is this some sort of fcuked up test to show how much I want the job? or am I getting screwed over. Seeing as this is a professional organistion I suspect she would have told me to G - T - F if I hadnt got the job
sorry for the essay, any advice appreciated. If it all goes to shit I have another job on the back burner anyway

heres the last email she sent:
That's fine but can you please email me the name of the reference and
who they are so that I can get the letters typed.
It would actually be better if you email me addresses again, I send
them out in the post and you collect them and drop them off from the
individuals, that way I can get it arranged today.
