i have been using a olympus C-350 ZOOM digital camera for a few years now & have decided that i want to upgrade to a better camera something more proffessional than a normal digital camera.

im looking for something where i can change settings
Aperture
Shutter
lens etc.

as i like to take a range of photo's from automotive, lanscapes, stills etc. and have found that the digital camera im used to just isnt up to scratch.
so can anyone give me a bit of info on what t look for on a camera? any tips, can anyone recommend what to buy?

and any help with what everything means will be appreciated lol
slr?
etc.

cheers
Dan

yeah always best with the warrenty.
sounds good from what i read on net, have seen that you can get different lenses, filters etc from ebay.

so you can change shutter speed, Aperture, focus etc all manually and are these cameras easy to use? altho i supose it will take a while to get used to with all the different modes etc

some of these photos have inspired me to look for a better camera as you cant capture a photo like this with the digi cam i have

http://www.wootens.net/fireworks2004.jpg

http://www.quantum-capture.co.uk/kh/2.jpg

so with the fuji am i able to use the modes and setting to be able to take photos with the slow shutter and capture movement
