To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct from our packing facilities direct to your door.

We will arrange a shipment arrival date with you in advance as there must be an adult available to sign for & receive your new Fish.

We pack our fish in plastic bags, filled with water and oxygen and then sealed with an elastic band. The fish are placed inside a Styrofoam box to minimize temperature fluctuations and a heatpack/coolpack is added when required. This packaging enables the fish to be transported safely and acclimatized to your tank/pond water easily. We then dispatch your fish with our courier company for overnight delivery (arrival by 1pm) to you.All orders are shipped via TNT. You must sign for your aquatic life on the first attempt at delivery to qualify for our 5-day guarantee.

I was walking through a village centre the other day, and noticed something in the 'pond'.

Upon further inspection, it was 7 Koi Carp, all around 2 Feet in length. Surprised they haven't been nicked.
