Been waiting an age to get my NCB confirmation letter from my previous policy, of which I should have 1 year NCB...

But on the letter, it says 45% discount, or 2 years No Claims Discount

How or Why I don't know, but I don't care

Provident were the previous insurers if anyone is interested...

that happend to me with norwich union, was only with them for about 6month and then my car was was stolen, i didnt claim but asked them for my no claims confirmation and they sent me a full year
