....mechanical cable driven dials with a rev counter?
model and years would be great if anyone knows as im looing for a set of clocks

I'm pretty sure all the 8v ones had mechanical dials if that helps at all...

Its was around 1997 (dont know exact month) when the clocks changed (to electrical ones), i believe around the same time as the bumpers and 16v engines were brought in? Not 100% sure on that though.

As for ones with rev counters on cable driven clocks, the GSi had them (thats where mine came from) and some diesels models had them too, but these have a lower rev range. My LS didnt have any so i guess merits didnt either, not sure about the GLS models though. SRi's probabaly had them?
