Mine says i have to work when they need it but i at least get my overtime pay which is cracking and they are reasonable

I just cant believe they are being like this when i worked so much overtime last week
Im afraid they will say that if i dont work saturday we will have to work untill 1300 every saturday again and blah blah
But this is what happens every time, they put pressure on and both of us end up doing it. I wonder what would really happen if i dug my heels in...
