what is the format of the file you downloaded?

use nero and burn it directly...it will take some hours to encode to DVD format

Thing that pisses me off about nero and bin files is that it'll only let me burn them to CDR discs. What if I wanted to burn them onto a DVDR Pisses me right off

I have not tried that one about burning onto a DVDR, but what error do you get? maybe you chould check the drive you are trying to use; sometimes nero select CDRW drive by default although the drive is DVDRW...

Tas: alcohol 120% is an emulation software:

http://www.alcohol-soft.com/

but you can still burn it in nero using the image setup

what planet are you on.

ideally, they want to be in VOB format. that is standard format for dvd players, although alot of DVD players will now play mpeg and avi formats (mine does), so theres no need to pish about converting.

find your self a dvd converter, something like *cough* Win AVI would be a good start
Win AVI can convert just about any video type to any other video type

^^ but he's only asking what format to convert to.

VLC player is a very good media player that i use. It has all the codecs (and has no problem getting them), its not bloat ware, and it also plays bin,iso files that contains videos without mounting them.

oh, and its free
