Hey guys well after running my turbo car for over 2 years with 205kw on da wheels this happens to my cast pistons



But hey i am not complaining cause i am now sticking in these Arias forged pistosn in my motor

yeah for 2 years i ran that motor producing over 200kw on cast pistons.

Oh well now i got the forged pistons going in and few other tricks so the car should be better this time around

tuned engine are unpredictable
mind you saying that any engine is unpredictable
can last years or blow quickly

no didnt damage the block at all... i still got the houning marks on the block

yeah it could be worse... tonight gonna start assembling the engine again. then need to run it in before i can take it to the dyno

Make sure you have the pistons pocketed for the valves.

Out of interest what engine have you got in your corsa? 2ltr or 1.6?

the engine is 1600... dont need to worry about the pockets the crown heights of the pistons is right. These Arias pistons have been designed especially for the daewoo 1600 16v conversion

Mine were designed for a C20LET but still needed a dry build doing and then some removing from them for valve clearence.

they right they got the valve clearance...

we are already running these exact pistons in another 1600 16v turbo cors with a daewoo head..

What make of pistons did u get for ur C20let
