some one has said they have got 93.5 bhp on the ukstarlet club with the jap manifold and a decat, may be a bit high but still fairly good, myt mate has one who wylo will know off that site and he has the manifold and its not shy for a 1.3 he's got it stripped and it keeps up with his mates 1.9 tdi golf which is like 110 bhp or some thing

I'm sure theres a few about with 4agze lumps but half the toyota owners on the forums can slaver all the technical shite of the day but dont really have a clue and are driving 5door yaris's

If I can work my ass off enough over summer and rest of the year it should be turbo'd for JAE next year Hard to save when your a student though

handles sh1t hot on the new suspension. handled pretty good before aswell tbh, better than my corsa did anyway

Eh yeah very nippy for 1.3, stay with a saxo vtr/1.4 corsa sport with ease till about 90 - 100 then i run out of steam

VTR is almost 1.5 seconds quicker to 60

With a deep enough pocket it probably could. Dont fancy trying it tbh

The starlet turbo lump bolts straight in, the wiring is apparently a bit of a pain but nothing major. Just trying to find one at a reasonable price, they occasionaly come up on eBay etc.

antscorsa - yeah your right, if/when the conversion takes place the intercooler will be there. No bonnet vents on this starlet!
