Eh? Read it again my friend.
Making a fake injury claim is point 1. Somethign to55ers do to make a quick buck.
Point 2 is seperate saying IF they DID hit this driver, then from whats written, the corsa owner pulled out thus the other driver would have hit from behined so its the other drivers fault anyway. But seeing as no-one hit anyone, its theoretical.
.
ok so your repeating the point (again) - that it's their fault if what they claim is true (they hit him from behind).
And i'm sure in this case a fake injury claim could easily be justified And if anything was a joke............
ps: im not your friend we have never met

Surely for the police to get involved there must be a crime number? And the time Mr. CRV made his statement, the police must have checked the damage of their vehicle? That is like saying "Oh, I got bottled in the leg by someone clubbing last night, but you can't see the proof" - if their damage did happen at the point you was near the car, in theory, it shouldn't actually be there.
I would just go and sit at the junction, pretending to be broken down, look at their face and see how they react!
EDIT: Just looked at the start date of the thread

I thought that too....seems very convenient. Looks like that to me too and the fact you 'cut them up' got them worked up enough to start all this crap.

So I told them no.
Stick to your guns they will back down. Theres so many people out there that are determined to claim even though theres either nothing to claim for or they're in the wrong yet accuse you. Don't let them intimidate you with solicitors letters either, let your insurance deal with everything.

Hell your be on the phone to "injurie lawyers for you" next...
If there "was" an accident anyway, he would have hit you from behined, in which case, it would be there fault anyway for driving without due care and attention.........
wrong...they are saying he pulled in and cut them up, not that they went into him from behind.
Anyway he didn't so..................

Do they not need to have proof you hit them, other than them just saying you did? If you did hit them why did they not just follow you until you stopped your car and tell you.
