was stuck on the m11 for 3 hours today

after an hour i realised i had about 3 litres of water in the back of my car from pvs so in the middle of the m11 i washed my car

was just about to polish it as i remembered i had some tech wax samples but traffic started moving.....

anyway anyone know any info on the accident?
