They were sold in Ireland i think and other countries, just not in England.

VX should of had a black colour option along with gray, flame pink and that greeny blue colour.

Yeah looks an import, and not an Irish one going by the reg plate. Probably doesn't have much history. The badge on the back is in the wrong place as well, which normally indicates bodywork.
