There is a guy up here who owns a company called Hypertech runs a supercharged CTR, last time on the 1/4 mile he ran a 12.3 if I recall

Ive seen supercharged CTR's only manage high 14's at Elvington.

Hi there all - the car in the pictures is mine

Thanks for all the kind comment and as for the bad ones

Just to clear up some of the stuff posted on this topic. The only Civic to run in the 12 sec bracket at Crail is mine. Duncan @ Hypertec is running slightly lower power to mine so no way a 12.3sec pass is possible. I think he is more into the track stuff anyway and I don’t know if he has ever done the ¼ mile.

Just to comment on my 'poor' times for the power - what sort of times to you expect from a 305hp fwd car? When you saw me at Crail no gas was used. Most fwd cars with this power would be running these times unless of course they are mega light - my car weighs about 1150kg.

I have spent a small fortune on my car but no more than the next person with a 350 odd brake fwd car...... Unfortunately I do not have money to burn - if only!!

Also if anyone goes up to Crail in Scotland - I will happily give anyone a wee blast up the strip when the passengers seat is in. Also if anyone fancies their chances... just need to ask.

You have to put alot of money in to get over 300 BHP mate

Awesome GTI's Audi TT is runnning stage 2 with intercoolers etc and thats only 295 mate

over 300 your looking at bigger turbo's, conrods, intercoolers etc - do the maths it will be over 2K

i have a jrsc ctr also, i bought the supercharger from america, and cost £1100, altogether i have spent about £2500-£3000 and have got 330bhp. so thats about £17000 for my car altogether, i have beaten porsche's, subaru's, evo's, a 290bhp TT and so on, and everyone of those cars i just mentioned cost alot more than what my car has cost me
