I know i just missed it, but as above i may as go the whole hog if i have to do a test/course.

basically u need an arctic license you can get it if ur under 21 on the young drivers sceme im goin 2 do mine so it dont cost me anything cus its a fing that i do with my jobso i get it 4 free and still get paid for workin.
