I've been a IT support Analyst for nearly 4 years. Its all good but I have acheived everything I can. As I work for the NHS there are no vacant places for promotion.

I've applied for a few other jobs in It but have only had one interview. Need to progress in my career. Anybody else in the same boat? Any tips and advice?

Not sure whether doing a HND would help or something? I only have GCSEs and AS Levels you see.

Have you mentioned this at all to your boss/superior? may be worth letting them know your actively looking for a promotion or more responsibility... you don't even have to word it as promotion tbh just something to start you moving up

Other than that reed.co.uk is good for IT jobs and monster to...
