just nipped out to the "garden centre" for some greenery, and thought i'd drive in a spirited manner, but the car felt down on power. Got home and had a quick squint under the bonnet to find fuel pissing from one of the pipe unions (seems it'd come loose). Only problem being a freshly lit bifta, so my inlet manifold copped for it

yes muppet, green gifts. And a quick question.... why the hell does an xe manifold seem to be specially designed to retain a puddle of fuel either side ??? i'd best get those carbs on for my own safety
