As some of you know, me and my girlfriend are renting a house which we have been in the past month...
The previous tennents / Landlord STILL get mail sent here, and from what I can tell, dont have any intention on changing the address to forward it elsewhere (they moved to cyprus)
They also have stuff still in the loft (car batteries and a crash helmet), and also 8 alloy wheels, some shitty tool rack thing with rusted crap on, and other junk, in the shed...
Where do we stand in regards to this? As we are renting this under a proper tennancy agreement thing, can they legally leave this stuff there as 'storage' effectively, and also keep having there mail sent here?
