Went through a 40 doing about 47-50 and saw a volvo t5 parked on the side of the road, this is @ about 11:30 at night, the car did not chase me or anything. what will be my punishment?
i am really worried  i don't want to lose my license!!

the T5 wont do anything i thing you have escaped
he would of chased you?
i did the same speed past one of them vans parked at the side of the road £60 fine and 3 points (bastards)

14 days, but i wouldnt worry, like others have said, he would of come after you if they were bothered

if he had a speed gun (the only way you'd get caught)
it'd be 10% + 2mph iirc... = 46mph allowance (most of the time) plus ur speedo is probs 2-3mph over so chances are you'll be alright

he was inside the car so i dunno if he was using the gun on the top of the car :s
