This has probably been posted before but seriously they are taking the piss!
Look at some of the FAQ's and responses, an example...
Q.i have a subaru impreza wrx. Would this product benifit my car in anyway??
A.The Generation 2 will improve spooling of your existing turbo and deliver boost prior to the mechanical turbo (less Lag).
This is almost as bad as muppetsports modifications
Im seriously thinking about shopping them to trading standards, they are claiming it produces 15-30bhp, which is utter pish, not to mention the fact they are charging £300 for a cone filter, piping, electric switch and PC fan

trading standards will not have an employee who understands it.
my mate used to work for them, and they avoid automotive modifications like the plague, as they have no knowledge of them

Are some people stpid?
"Q.Hello will this product fit a 1997 1.2 corsa b 8valve? and what sort of power increase will i expect? thanks?
A.The Generation 2 Supercharger will fit the Corsa 1.2. the system is universal. gains to approx 12-14Bhp within the power curve, when a carb system is pesent you may need a 90 degree elbow for fitting, this can be purchased from potn.com"

Listen to this review
quote: Just want to say a big thank you to E.T.S uk as purchased the Generation 2 supercharger a few weeks ago and works like a charm could not believe the performance gain on my Honda civic 1.4i 16v (00) as if u own one u know its pretty laggy at the bottom end, but with this little puppy installed the pick up is superiorly increased… As in the cold I loose all front traction when I put my foot to the floor ( installed via a nos activation switch which activates at full throttle ).
I was very amazed at the knowledge and understanding these guys have as they’ve tinkered and tried everything imaginable and could answer anything u throw at them. All I will say as if u want a huge gain for little money then purchase one of these.
Kind Regards
Lee,

Iv reported them to www.ripofftipoff.net which is an offical trading standards site.
quote: Street-Racers.co.uk are playing on teenagers lack of understanding, using lies to promote a product(s) that clearly does not do what they are saying.
Here is the product in question, although there may be more.
http://shop.street-racers.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=618_8189&products_id=1542002%2Ffaqstyle%2Flong%2Ffaqstyle%2Flong%2Ffaqstyle%2Flong%2Ffaqstyle%2Flong%2Ffaqstyle%2Flong/faqstyle/long
After reading through the FAQ's on that page it shocked me beyond belief that a) they are falsey advertising there product by grossly inflating the power outputs it wil achieve. b) ripping people off by charging an extortionate amount for what basically is a cone filter, electric switch and an electric fan. (£300 for this!!!)
I can guarantee after being a car enthuisiast for many years that this product, IN NOW WAY SHAPE OR FORM, performs like they are stating.
You can phone them at 0845 3459755
You can email them at sales@potn.com
