after about a year and a half of nipping up to jsacko's for various things the curse has finally got me. it got mike16v by his enging just packing in and not starting angain and today i totalled opne of my new alloy wheels. the tyre is blown in half (didnt notice that till i got home) and my alloy has a chunk out of it and bent. all this because the council fitted a new grate that bounces when a car goes overit and it was stook in the air, i didnt notice it and the wheels went with a bang, luckily the front wheel has no damage and is fine, wish i could say the same about the rear wheel!

You wont get any money unless its been reported already and you've now had an accident, they will claim to not knowing of every bump and hole in the road!

If it was reported before and they still havent done anything about it you could claim.

Suppose you could bag date some pics as they'll want some as proof, but alot of hassle, unlikely they'll pay up.

this post is quality, apparently it had been reported to them and by the time we went back past it they had been out and put a covering over it. so that to me highlights they were aware a problem existed so they dont really have any way of disputing the fact

and im not even going to get involved with the campness of the driver debate
