Make sure its heated up 1st or it won't work as well, or perhaps you could wrap your hair around it & go for a perm?

You can get GHD's with different sized irons. I have medium sized plates which does me fine, although you can get pencil like irons and really wide ones. I paid £80 for mine, but I think the rrp is £100

Nothing wrong with lads straightening their hair, I have these. They are exactly like the GHD's but cheaper and i prefer them to my GF's GHD ones.

These are the mini GHD straighteners, i was going to get some of these originally.

Most decent hair dressers will beable to get them for you. My sister is a beautician though, so managed to get them from her wholesale suppliers though for cheap!!

Not impressed by GHDs... Seem a little flimsy, loads of them have burnt up and they're only ceramic COATED plates.

Beg to differ on that. I tried a fair few brands before it was clear that the GHD's are far superior to anything else for £100.
Yes, some do break, but they are always sorted foc. They are certainly not flimsy?

I had the thin ones and medium ones, cant tell them apart to be honest. Thinner ones are easier for behind the ears etc. Cant be arsed to use them most of them time though, my hair seems to look shit whatever i do

Straightners for men are not gay! Lots of my lad mates have them infact my ex boyfriend used to borrow mine! It looks alot nicer when its straightened GHD are your best bet quite exspensive but worth the money, instead of having to but 6 pairs of babylis straight and shine coz they keep breaking!
