Similar thing happend to me, i put in a complaint and got my re-test for free

Also remember Examiners have to fail a certain number of people per week or something no matter how good they are. They can only pass a certain percentage. Unfair or what.

its more than just unfair. Its soo anoying when you pay all that money and you do the best you can and you get penalised for it.
