do i get my bike chain off? i bought a new one cause my old one got fucked when i came off my bike, and the new one has a nice big sticker on the pack saying "no tools required" thats great, and it looks simple to put on, but how do i get the other one off!?

removed one of the pins, take it apart and do the reverse to get the new one on. You usually need some kind of tool to get the pins out/in though!

Take rear wheel off, then put it on the spindle at the back (will be the smallest one)
Then put wheel back on and put the very furthest point onto the top of the main big spindle (will prob only get 1 section on, then peddle it round and it will wrap onto it

you need a link extractor! there about £6 from most bike shops!
the chain on the bike will be linked round the frame to stop it coming off! take that one off 1st then put the new one on the same way.

okay cheers chaps. i need a chain tool i guess as theres no special link in the old chain, my new ones like this

but the one ones shit, OE stuff eh!
