hello all!
this is my first post and will soon have some news and photos to show.
at the moment my car is at the body shop getting its kit fitted. i've had a phone call about the wheel arches. wanting a complete colour match i have asked these to also be painted. this however is "alot of work"
i've been told that if i could get hold of some pre-primed arches i could save £300 (yes they are quoting that much just for the arches). obviously i'm wanting to make that saving but are still to find such arches....
anyone able to point me in the right direction?
with some luck by the end of the week i'll have my car back and will post photos ASAP and give you full details!

tell them not to do arches and take to another place after... there just being lazy.

Since it's your 1st post i'll let you off and not move this to 'help and mod' just yet...
Look in classifieds for arches....might be lucky to find a set already painted..
but no way it should cost £300 to do the arches.

Are these the standard vauxhall arches? or PSG .etc arces

these are standards, typically pale and faded, although not as much as some older cars (mine 1997)
apologies for posting in the wrong section
from the shortage of links I assume no one sells ready for paint arches!!!

tell him to GTF it's a rip off.... you can probably get most of your plastic bits prepped/primed and painted for that

vauxhall sell gsi archs in primer for £40 a pop new so even 4 gsi ones new would cost ya £160
