Wasn't gonna go, but on Friday decided to tinker with the car and get it looking good.
So got up at 11:30am Saturday, headed off to the unit, did a couple ofother cars first then cracked on with the corsa. Gets to 3am and were done LOL
So straight from the unit to my mates house, then to mine. Quick random drive round then set off. Its already daylight at this point, and NO sleep. I let my mate drive as I wanted to get bolloxed. All going to plan at this point.
Get past some random services near J18 of M1 kind of area and car cuts out. Fuck. Were on the hard shoulder about 5 mins walk from services (thank god!). I had to march down to the services off my nut and get some chewing gum and insulation tape to fix the car. Sorted.
Carry on. I drink even more. Get there and there is a bit of a que at 6:30am. Let us in at 7am. By this time I'm even more fucked and seen about 1 million vectras. Blag our way t ocamp site, see mates. At this point I realise I'm not going to get any sleep. Oh dear.
Park up next to shop, eat lots of bacon butties. Try to sort headout. By lunch time I was ok.
Spend day looking at birds and parked near start of strip. Got incridibly burnt, but I'll have a nice tan so thats ok.
Set of back, feeling very ropey, but thats half the fun! Always go to Nottnigham after Santa Pod (itsa ritual lol), stoped at a random contry park for aherbal chill out and rear brakes sieze on. So gave it a full bore launch in reverse, kind of freed them and drove home. Back wheel got so hot it popped the centre off.
Anyway... the point of this post, did anybody get any pics of my car tucked away in the corner near the grandstand?

I saw you pulling in. Smoke coming out of the pipe too Was waiting around to see if you went up the strip.

Its one of those things, the old wheels looked good in there own way, and the new ones do too.
Easier for me to get another set of speedlines than another set of these. Think I will get another set one day.
Anybody got a spare standard turbo lying round they wanna sell  lol
