ok iv had this done!
head skimmed,
new valves,+stem seals,
new rings + con rod,
crank regrind
big end+ little end shells,
£650
guy says iv gotta drive it for 300 miles then its should
be bedded in ok but iv now done 350 and when i put my foot down theres white smoke coming out of exhaust i mean a good bit???
howe many miles do u think should be done to bed this all in properly???
the flat spots i asked u guys about ages ago av gone wen cold and it drives normaly like a new car very smooth but performance dont seem has gud??? picked it up on thursday just gone and did a 300 mile trip on motorway at 3k revs!!!
