that says it all

i was getting petrol earlier when the cashier asked me if i was hungover

he aksed (see what i did there?) because my t-shirt has "hung-over" written on both sides

however, he could not speak a word of english, so it was very difficult to understand what he actually was asking

from this, i have drawn the conclusion that "indians" are either stupid, struggle to grasp english, or both
