have a hsbc credit card that i need to make a payment on.

how do i do this through the internet banking site?
can't seem to navigate anywhere that there's an option to pay some of my bill

Click on your current account, then click 'make payment'. It'll be on the left handside somwhere.

i only have a credit card with them, so there are no current account options

yes, make payment from current account, then create new payee on the right and choose

then go to the website of the company you want to pay the bill...and try to make the payment from there

I bank with HSBC and have a HSBC credit card so i'm not sure. I'd use my current account bank to pay it off, I had an M&S credit card and paid it through HSBC as I bank with them.

on Lloyds TSB you go to transfers then add who your paying, it may be the same

i went into HSBC to get my internet banking sorted for the THIRD time. once again they failed. fucking annoying

I hate HSBC now days they always try and charge u for there mistakes Im closing my account and moving to Nationwide next week!!

Some dirty foreigners spent £700 on my credit card. Had to phone the Indian call centre Took 3 months to sort out. HSBC don't want to know, they just load you off to call centres. When I went down to the branch I was told they have to deal with them too, not sure how true that is though.

Honestly mate, HSBC used to be the local brach wwould solve, and help! Now days its crap service!

Lloyds TSB and Nationwide are my accounts (or will be soon) much better service!!

Eventually got through to an English guy that sorted it all out. Banked with them for over 8 years and you'd think they would be a little more concerned about their customers money!
