Looks like things are going to plan for PVS, paint arrived today, got some of the stereo in so least ill have music for the journey, managed to get the engine started again (no fuel or sparks but an hour of fiddling fixed it) and even took it for a blast up the private road with no doors or windscreen, put a big  on my face  Also found the tax disk (thought tax had run out so i never cashed it in) so the only herdal left now is MOT. If it fails that (only thing i can think of is emissions, some garages are funny about the pre '93 engine thing not being exempt) then i think im gonna book it into a garage near santa pod and one in hereford so if i get pulled i can say im on the way to my MOT ahhhhhhh, im well happy
