sometimes i go to put the window up and it will go up till just about shut them come back down on its own and stop half way?

How does this happen

how do you de/activate this?

Its because its getting stuck in the runners, we use graphite powder or silicone spray at work. Spray it down the guides and send them up and down a bit. Should sort it.
