Contract has been up for a wee while now and I'm due a phone upgrade have been waiting for the launch of the K800i (currently have the K750i)

In town yesterday and carphone warehouse had a sign outside saying now in stock so thought hmmmm i'l go have a look!

Sales man told me they had it 3 days and it got re-called as the processor was not powerful enough to cope with the 3.2 mega pixel camera.

Went to the 02 shop and asked when it will be coming out and they said end of June / July

SE website say its still not out yet....

Anyone know anything different... if Carphone warehouse is correct or talking bull shit as he tried to sell me a XDA type phone which would have cost me more a month!

I think they might have noticed before release if the processor wasn't powerfull enough.
Some time about the design stage.

I thought it was bull shit, as every where else dont have it yet and they also said they had the W950i in stock which I know is not coming out until atleast August!

If it had been true was going to decide on a new phone but will still hold off for the K800i i thinks

I'm quite happy with the K750i its just every tom dick and harry has it now like a chav gadget so as soon as the K800i is launched i'l get me new phone.

Whats the K810i like? (sisters getting it but 02 had none in stock on Sat)

its a good phone, i had a few problems with my K750, the joystick packed in, and it kept switching off, as the battery didnt fit properly

the W810 has no joystick, the camera seems better, but im sure it cant be, and its just a little bit nicer to use IMO

i'm happy with it anyway, and i can upgrade to the K800 in 6 months, so all is good

The screen is better rob thats why the camera appears better

Oh and the guy at carphone is talking bull.

Sony rep told us itl be mid june.

Thats pretty cool, they only be available to certain networks tho at a guess.

Waiting until end of the month for the K800i but if thats not out then I may have to search for a white W810 as thats

K800i will be in 02 stores form around 17th July (maybe before hand depends when there stock arrives)

So i'm holding off and be knocking on 02 door all of July demanding my upgrade
