Was the airdam off e-bay? I was going to bid on it but forgot. It was at a bargain price last time I checked.

its at working height or high enough to slip the engine in underneath, then i couldnt be bothered to lower it down so lifted the engine right up instead

the grille is going as soon as i find a suitable replacement, i dont want the plain slatted one, as it wont match my lower grille, so thinking maybe a steinmetz one.

the rocker cover has been sand blasted and painted

I need your jack and axle stands. Mine are too weeny for this engine removal lark. They are what are preventing me from getting to my sub 1 hour engine removal goal...

the jack and axle stands arent mine, they belong to the garage where im doing the work. the jack is just a regular trolley jack, with a home made extension bar in place

i was gonna say that aignt no normal trolley jack extension bar. I only have two of the small 2 tonne jacks and they dont go very high and are very short
