Got my car back with the interior completed yesterday, i have some cobra buckets to go in aswell.

The stereo builds have now been painted ooooo shiny!!

Heres some pics:







So thats it all completed at last.

Car is also now for sale as i have a new baby arriving next week, please take a look at my for sale thread if you or anyone you know might be interested, considering the money and time its had spent on it i think its a bargain!

i did do a ful fibreglass boot but tbh once all istalled and playing with it the sound was so much better using MDF that i ripped it out and re did it in wood.

Still got the basic fibreglass box etc.. at home but no use for it now.

looks good, is it me or are the pods where the door pockets should be look a bit uneven?

Thats the problem with paint mate, especially black, try making a curvy surface on a door card that has a perfect curve, its just not possible, and the gloss black does show that up.

Still i think they are a big improvement on the stand dot trim! Also they are sealed pods for the mids, so they are a lot more punchy/bassy than normally components would be.

I would say that they look good once done, but now i have done it i wouldnt reccomend it to anyone, the sheer number of hours involved in making these panels was crazy, especially trying to get the whole door smooth prepped to paint.

A nightmare lol, dont do it!!!!

its a 1995 M reg, but in perfect condition, with virtually every part on it being replaced over time ive had it!
