when i boot my xe corsa when it gets to 5k or 5.5k it jutters back and fourth is this normal like for example it's past it's peak power in that gear?

how can i overcome that? seems in a way also that fuel struggles to get in or something, oris that what causes the flat spot.

Remove your induction kit or add a cold air feed.

ok ill try fit the airbox on somehow and see what effect that makes, and/or clean the induction kit.

What sensor could could this?

i run a k+n cone with no issues at all, i'd say its the afm to blame

Wrong. Most 8v's were SPi but some like the later 1.4 8v's were MPi

mines an 8v mpi was told it would be ok to keep that. But ive no idea where it is anyway

i was always under the impression you needed a 16v mpi as the engine is 2.0 16v

Under the rear seats, lift carpet up and you'll see a black circle, it's in there.
