took the nova out earlier as i got 10 miles out it absolutly pissed it down and the windows steamed up (no dash, heater anything )

abit of the way down the road the clutch starts making a creaking noise when i change gear.

next i pull up to a roundabout brake slowly, put the clutch down and SNAP goes the clutch cable so i had to drive nearly 20 miles back to my house without a clutch.

I would like to know this.

Fair enough when moving but how do you slow down for junctions and pull away without stalling

when your pulling up to a junction put in to nuetral. stop and turn the car off, when yor about to pull away put it in first and start the car once it fires it should go.

quite simple really, you can jump start it in 1st gear. Easy enough to put a car into neutral and then from there you just find the correct revs while applying pressure into that gear and it slots in

I drive my car clutchless sometimes. When you get to the right ammount of revs the gears just pop and change... Motorbike was the same but that had a sequential gearbox so it was even easier.

i might experiment before i sell my car

so you just force it into first and start the engine? From what i remember when i was learning to drive nothing happens other then you jumping forwards.

If the handbrake is off, the car should move. And you don't need to "force" it into first if the engine is off, it'll just go.
