What do you mean cyls 2 and 3 dont work? more descriptive would be better. Is there fuel and a spark going into the cylinder and that fuel igniting?

Well they are'nt moving at all, literally its running on 2 cylinders, there is fuel and a spark, possibly once the leads are back on the plugs though they are'nt firing at the right time, which could be a coil problem?

I was going to suggest the timming might be out. Have you checked the timming marks are linned up?

Could also be a coil problem....

Anyone off here live near you that could come by and have a mince at it?

The only things left it could be are

Coil
Dizzy (the metal bit that connects to the engine)
ECU
Timing.
