kinda stuck here... putting the fk coilovers on the front and dont know how to put the top mont from the old suspension onto the Fk's any help would be appreciated !!

get a spring compressor and compress the spring, take the nut off the top then fit topmount then put the nut back on, release tension from the spring compressors.

PS dont use mole grips to hold the piston on the back cos it will void your warranty.

make sure u apply some grease to the adjustment threads to keep help avoid corrosion. I know it looks ugly but its worth it.

feww.. after six hours its done.... lowerd however had a few problems the camber was way out wheels going in diffrent ways and the coilovers scraping my tyres but after all that i now i need to save up for speedlines then get track rod ends done and take it to a garage to set up camber !
