im rebuilding a c20xe for my corsa, with supersport special kent cams, ported and polished inlet manifold and plenum, skimmed 30 thou out of head and done everything else to the head, lightened flywheel, lightened and balanced bottom end, bored out and added uprated pistons, valves etc. uprated fuel pump and variable pressure gauge and superchip and i was just wondering what the you think the bhp would be?

Yes, what you want is a Webber fuel pressur regulator and a Unichip. It's the more expemsive choice, but it actually does something. I really don't know what a Superchip does? Does anyone know?

180bhp maybe 190bhp... What you have is a good starting block for furthure tuning. When your ready, ditch the Unichip and ECU then get a Throttle Body setup with mapable engine management.
