Some of my best at legoland are :

1. "We've been waiting over an hour for this ride, the queue's are TOO LONG!"

(What do they expect me to do? Tell everyone to go home? What do they expect if they come on a bank holiday monday?)

2. "What do you mean my child is too small?"

(Yes there is a minimum height, it says it on the sign as you walk in, it says it on the height sticks you passed, it says it on the map in your hand, and if you were listening you would of heard the announcements every 10 minutes saying there was a height restriction and anyone under 1.1 meters will not be allowed to ride)

They respond "that's not good enough, it's not clear enough and we've been queueing over an hour"

(Well thats unfortunate for you, it's not my fault you decided not to take note of ride restrictions - Health and safety, your child can't ride)

they then say shit like "But he's brave / I'll be liable for him / He was on here earlier / That kid that just got off was shorter than him / etc"

(NO NO NO - FUCK OFF NOW)

Other beauties are the adults that open the exit gate of a ride in motion and wander into the ride area and then don't understand why they get shouted at.

Or the people who come up the exit, despite there being an obviously long queue - wait there for about 5 minutes and then when I explain they are standing at the exit, have a go at me for not making it clear to them.

TWATS.

Some people ring me...

them - can i buy a ticket?

me - probably, what for?

them - the race?

me - which race sir/madam we run a lot here?

them - the one with those cars in it?

me - which cars in it; Formula 1 cars? Touring Cars?

them - i don't know... the ermmm... i think formula 1, the ones which go fast

me - it goes on and on... this week i've been on the phone for 20mins+ selling tickets to either old people, foreign people or people who don't have a clue (usually housewives) and there boyfriend/husband has ordered them to buy tickets.

dude when i was in the states with the kids snowboarding, i had the same problem as you... every day and it was even worse as they were all chunky americans so everytime we had why isnt he improving its like... well he can't even get up on his own so how do you expect him to snowboard

plus children of that age shouldn't even be doing it tbh, agreed they can learn but they lack the finer motary skills in their muscles, their in the wrong stage of cognitive development and they also are developing physically in the wrong way everythings against them and agreed you get a few which catch on great and manage to do it but the majority it's like... take a slice of gtf pie and be on your way
