Anyone used chips away? a mate at work said try them for doing my bonnet. Its got 3 400mm scratches through to primer. but i still think a bonnet respray might be better but opinons apprciated

yeh we use chips away all the time at work, the guy who does our work is shit hot. they are very good for scuffs, scratches etc. just pop in and get a quote

even after someone has keyed you'r car up pretty bad say they are 2inches apart, would i notice its been touched up?

depends tbh, chips away and any other mobile repairer will do scuffs and the odd dings and chips pretty much so its perfect. as above the best thing is to go in and ask for some advice or a quote

as Jonny said they're a franchise so i'd always be sceptical of their work just like powerful, worth trying to find some reviews on one's nearby you and going to the best one as quality can vary from place to place

doubt they will touch your bonnet, i know a few ppl in the business and they don't touch them. Full respray on your bonnet would be best choice

I doubt they can do it, my best mate wife(as of last week) ex was a little pissed off he got dumped and keyed my mates focus all over with TWAT in massive letters they said it was to bad to cover up as it was down to the metal. Only fix was a full respray.

All depends on the length and depth.
