i dont fucking care if you like them or not before you all start complaining
my point is
has mike skinner calmed down? he seems to be doing more ballad type stuff recently
i love the new one, even though its really not my kind of music at all
might be cos its a blatent rip off of let it be?

Hmmm...I do like that song sort of, i understand what you're saying. Bit of a sob story about his dad.
My fav track is easily the title track "hardest way to make a living"

First album, that was a top tune.
"she said meet me at the gates at 8, leave now don't be late"

Say sorry babe, I had to meet a mate, tempting fate
and i also loved the one -
'hold it down boy your heads getting blurred, i know you cant stop thinking of her...

Also on the first album I think it was either the first or the last track...
The one that says "stand by me my apprentice" ace

The Rolls Royce on the cover of the new album was build by my mates company Warrior Motorsport here in Ipswich (and it cost a bucketload of cash to do!)
He even mentioned them in one of the album tracks about how he (Mike Skinner) has to go to Warrior and settle the debt (or something, not listened to the album yet)

think he is becoming more amtuer with his music, its growing up like he is, new album is good but pirate material will be hard to beat.

Acquired the new album, imo not as good as the others, but it'll be a grower i think.
Never went to church is very good, as is Two Nations.
"You've got stevie wonder, johnny cash, and biggie it's no wonder we've got no cash, and it's no biggie" or something like that

he stole his whole "geezer rap" style from a guy called Sean Kelly, otherwise known as Uniq.
