I've just got a full s/s magnex system and a 4-1 s/s manifold for my 1.6 16v, i want to get the most out of it, so is it worth takin the cat out, cause ive heard you need some back pressure?

I was always told that you would gain 1bhp at most. Maybe of more benefit on a tuned engine.
