Do they reply to emails

Sent them one to moan about my sellers account bill:

Ive been charged listing fee's 4 times & selling fee's 4 times for 1 single item. My item was purchased 3 times by fraudsters from overseas (Post to Nigeria for fake cheque etc) thus having to leave neg. feedback & relist. I had the final payment removed on 2 of these but I am still expected to pay twice.....for one item?? On top of that I am expected to pay for 4 listing fee's???? Over £10 for selling one single item at £100 - 10% margin eh....no chance. Sort my bill out or I wont be paying a penny! Apologies for the hard line but im really fed up & angry with Ebay right now!!!

yes. they'll probably do what most places do if you refuse to pay them. get pissed off and threaten you with court action.

its the easy way to get their attention though

sounds like you've had a bit of bad luck with that item though

LOL they can try, id maybe even attend but only for the day out

So much bother Ive went through....it wasnt even my phone, it was a mates

Had to send some paki a refund aswell & paid by paypal (Transaction says complete in my account) & hes saying he hasnt got it & wants me to pay him again or he will tell ebay Yea right suck my plumbs!!

ow i got the jist of it, call his bluff and say you want him to send the paypal records to you, then burn them and send a photo of you burning them back

Theres a screen shot of my history.

You can see he paid me £106 on 16th April then above that ive sent him £109.80 (Extra to cover paypal charge) on 28th April......

Might have to resort to that in my next email as im getting nowhere with this fool!!

they piss me off...

I paid my fees of, wait for it £2.96 2 weeks ago and they still chasing me for it and going to suspend my account
