Have you ever driven without insurance?
I have a few times just having a go of a mates car round new brighton where there's been no pedestrians etc, wonder if you'd get fucked still
driving any vehicle on a public highway is an offence pedestrians are not the only thing that could be involved in RTA`s what about your life
I know i know

what is it with people not being able to use the apostrophe key? it's the one with the @ sign on it, not the one below the esc key

unfortunately driving without insurance would only get a ban points and a fine
if she was in an accident, depending on the severity of the accident could determine a prison sentence aswell as points ban an fine
when these type of people get back onto the streets 90% of them get behind the wheel and drive un insured whilst disqualified from driving.
its just a vicious circle an the cycle continues each time

Got a mate who had a 1.5 civic insured as a named driver, and would always take the mick out of my 1.2 corsa. Kept explaining to him that no claims bonus will be better in the long run.
And at 19 got a 2.0corsa. this upset him and he bought a skyline turbo. Obviously at 18 he cant insure it. so he wants to insure it in his dads name and just drive it.
Dont know wether to tell police or not, as he is a mate.
Also his civic got stolen and burnt around the time he got the skyline, and he has mates that are dodgy. Insurance fraud?? Could be totally wrong on this one though, but should i take this to the police?
