Been watching MTV Cribs : Cars Edition and its full of black rappers who have no fucking idea what they are on about!
They are with these cars that they are pretending to be theirs, and some are done up fairly nice if Im honest, but they are going on about whats on the car and blatantly lying about how much it cost.
One guy had a set of 20's and the hamann kit on his 6 series BMW and said it was 120k ontop of the car cost. No either the person who sold him it took him for a mug (possible!) or he is just trying to come across the big guy!
And what is with how they speak. One guy had 22's on a Rolls with the centres colour coded as he 'wanted to keep it gangsta!!' WTF...

Its fairly well known that half the cribs you see arent actually theres (the bigger stars are, but the shitty rappers arent). Ever wonder why nothing is ever personalised, pictures, stuff like that.

they just rent them. Redman is the only one I know who showed his real shitty little house, and then you get all these other little rappers saying they live in these $5m + houses. They just use it for publicity as end up playing half their tracks during it!

i have to say... that Redman one was quite funny. didn't know that about the houses being rented. Wonder if it's the same for the footballers cribs. come to think of it Louis Saha had a nice house, surely he cant get paid that much, although it's considerably more than i will ever earn no doubt

I know for a fact that Saha's house is his as my dad is his financial advisor and sorted the payments for him! As for the rest its a possibiliy, but most get paid £30k+ a week so could easily afford most the houses Ive seen on there.

It is in $ though so $120,000 is £65,500 so about right! just seen the ontop of bit... yea think they may be lieing or been ripped off!
