We have had a 300zx fairlady sitting at the end of our road for abou 8 weeks that has not moved, some of the dash is missing! Tax has run out

Obviously its being dumped there any ideas who to contact to find out details etc because i thought *might be wrong* that if it was not registared you could claim it

the police will have the forms to say that you have reported it left/abandoned,, you will fill out a form, which gives you rights tot the item after a certain period.

The police wont pick it up, they may come and put a notice on it though, and will only pick it up if noone has a claim on it

every vehicle has a registered owner when the police get involved they will contact the person who the car is registered to if it is no longer theres then the police will recover the vehicle they wont let you just have it as it could have been used in some sort of illegal activity if the police decide its clean and they dont want it it is either scrapped or auctioned off if it has been used in an illegal activity they usually crush em once they have finished with them

if its reported to the police do you need to give your details, want the car gone as its taking up couple of car parking spaces the way it is parked and with me working late recently often means no where to park when I get in.
