If you want to check where the footy stuff is, go back a few pages and count up every time you see a footy thread, then look how long ago the 25 was. If its over 2 days its a no-go.

Plus mav has to moderate it, so you need to convince him

Im betting there are more footy posts than snap day gets (even now photoshop requests go in there!), and probably similar number to geek day. Its only going to get more and more over the world cup period / transfer rumours, etc.

C'mon Mav, I'll send you a cookie through the post.
(#) < that is a cookie by the way.

If Mav isn't a football man then I'm sure there are plenty of ppl, that would mod just that sub-section if needed.

Cosmos for example, Venom is another, maybe Ollie and even Luigi would maybe like to do it!

One of you go and count what Ian suggested if you think there will be more.
I personally don't.
It's only when something big happens there are lots of posts, and many reposts.

Thats how busy it would be.

John you seem to be very anti-football sub-section for some reason, I'm guessing you don't like football and if that's the case then surely a football section would be better for you as you wouldn't have football related threads blocking up the OD section as they'd all be in one place (which you could avoid), Anyway:

I counted 20 going back to the 27th but that was just going by obvious thread titles, I don;t know if any of the other threads are football based without football themed titles or ended up being about football.
You have to remember that if a new sub-section was to appear then more people would use it as it is there.
I'm now gonna count the posts in snap/geek day as a comparisson.

I'm not anti football.
I like it although i'm not a fanatic.
I am anti sub section though.
I read a few forums that are just far too clogged up and one has at least 20+ sections.
The thing i've always liked about corsasport is the clean look.
No stupid sigs with massive pictures, few sections that are simply specified, just little things that make it easier and more enjoyable to read.

Snap day 20 last posts go back to the 28th
Geek day the last 20 go back a few days, so in conclusion:

Geek day is currently the busiest of the sub-sections and Snap Day and a potential sport/football day are about equal (remember that I only counted football threads in OD there are probably more sport related ones amongst them (F1, MotoGP, Speedway, Snooker etc etc)
