Been doing some quotes recently on various cars, all either a 1.4 or under, i used to have some cheap quotes but recently they seem to be quite large...
Been looking on a Vauxhall Corsa SRi, Mitshubishi Colt 1.3, and also a 1.4 Saxo.. the cheapeast i have had on my own insurance is £1800 
Does anyone know any cheap insurers? I've tried liverpool victoria but they seem to be really expensive

insurance is a god damn con when u first insure. But thankfully i got my renewel today and i now pay £253 starting from end of may. But will be going up when i get me new car

Insurance is expensive, fact, even more so if your young, there is no point thinking that if you go elswhere it will magically halve

Try you as the main driver and gaz as a named driver you will be supprised how much it will bring it down, if he's being driving a few years had no claims should be cheaper! I know this works with me and my gf it's cheaper for me if i have her on mine than it would be on my own as then it doesn't class me as a boy racer!! Worth a try!

Why not? Direct Line qouted me £1500 and Tesco qouted me £749.
Some insurer's simply don't want your custom so will qoute you a silly price. It's their way of saying we don't want your custom.

Nothing you can do when you are a young pigeon girl, its going to be expensive whereever you go, i would forget about 1.4`s and start looking at 12 volts

Im with Endsleigh have a corsa 1.4, 17s and an exaust decleared.... just over £1000. I dont think thats too bad
