They never lock the container at the one at the top of my road.....easy access for a piss head We used to drop a visit after a night out & pile the tires up against some nobheads door so when he opened it in the morning the fell ontop of him

i used to work in kwik fit and people used to do this but the manager had no choice cos if the area manager came in and saw tyres outside lying around he'd go mental, so we always got told to throw them in the room where we kept them.
We used to charge say 35 notes for a budget 185/50/14 to be fitted.
pound- dispose of the tyre
6 quid- fitting
9 quid-balancing
iv forgot what my point was now........

I bloke round here in scarborough rented a massive warehouse
then started collecting tyres from kwik fit etc and charged 50p per tyre
stacked them all in the warehouse
made around 1 million and left the country!
left the warehouse owners to dispose of the tyres at a cost of around 2mill!!!!!
