I found this web site link from the Mk3OC site (Astra site) - http://www.martrim.co.uk - would it be cheaper to buy lots of hide from these guys and get a competent sewing type person to retrim seats/door cards and what have you?

Or does it amount to the same price if you went to some place and got them to supply the leather and retrim?

Yeah but I mean is it cheaper to supply the leather yourself and get someone to fit it rather than going to one place and getting them to supply it?

Vinyl reminds me of old Triumph cars my brother used to own!

It may be a tad cheaper, but i doubt itl make a massive difference tbh, the cost is in the labour and finish not in the materiel

Find someone to buy your rear seats and door cards please! Then I can buy your fronts and I will only have to get rear seats retrimmed!
